Notarizing and Commissioning

Our prices are simple: $30 to commission, certify or notarize the first document and $10 for each document or signature thereafter, plus HST.

This price applies during business hours, as well as evenings and weekends. We don't charge a premium for evening and weekend notarizations.

We Notarize, certify and commission all types of documents, including:
  • Affidavits;
  • Letters;
  • Applications;
  • Statutory Declarations;
  • Travel Documents; and
  • Various other documents.

Please note that our fees are per appointment.
Drafting Documents

If you need us to draft specific documents, we can assist. Our drafting fee is $50 per document, plus the cost of notarization, commissioning or certification.

We draft a range of different documents, including:
  • Invitation Letters;
  • Affidavits;
  • Statutory Declarations; and
  • Various other documents.

We charge a convenience fee of $10, plus HST, for the following services:
  • Printing documents (included for drafting services)
  • Scanning and/or emailing documents
Mobile Notary Services

If you can't come to our office in Scarborough, we offer mobile notary public services within the City of Toronto, Markham and Pickering.

The additional charge for a house or office call in Scarborough is $95, plus HST. The additional charge for mobile appointments in the rest of Toronto (except Etobicoke), Pickering or Markham is $125, plus HST.
